Very modernist, this drawing is similar to the creations of Clarice Cliff and Susie Cooper.
This cream earthenware service with its typical black and green art deco decor seduces with its sleek lines, curves and modernism.
In addition to the black transfer design, this model shows a typical deco embossed fan design hand painted in green paint.
Royal Doulton factory stamp of the lion, crown and cloverleaf in green or black, the word “TANGO” in black or colour, a design number (hand written in black paint).
